During the 1st Covid Lockdown myself and my wife started to get bored of the same old food that we were cooking and creating.
We started to experiment with different ways of cooking and more adventurous ingredients to add to our meals to try and pick ourselves up a little and to get out of the rut of the same mundane meals.
We got great pleasure in trying to out cook each other and create better more amazing meals every day, it was like a competition between us and yes we are very competitive!
Master chef had nothing on our competitions, they were fierce!!
We had amounted a huge amount of spices and seasonings from all over the world in this time, but as my wife is from South Africa, her preference was for products from her own country.
I liked her cooking but I couldn't admit to it or she would of won, so we came up with the idea of Spice Vibe.
