CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions communicate your rights and obligations.
Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and our Terms and Conditions do not affect these.
Definition & Notification of Changes
i. By using the TheCountrysideStore.co.uk website platform (“The Countryside Store”) and all sub-domains, which are a service of The Countryside Store, you are therefore agreeing to be bound by the below terms and conditions.
ii. The Countryside Store is based in Yorkshire, England in the United Kingdom.
iii. The Countryside Store Limited trades and is a registered company within the UK, with our company number: 12632759.

v. We reserve the right to change these “Terms & Conditions” at any time and it is your responsibility to read the “Terms & Conditions” on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of TheCountrysideStore.co.uk, or any sub-domains shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest “Terms & Conditions”.
General
i. The Countryside Store does not handle or hold any products for the sellers and only acts as a platform for sellers to sell their products online within their own space (shop). All products are held with the individual seller.
ii. The Countryside Store is an online marketplace and all sales go through a secure online payment system.
iii. The Countryside Store does not handle any products that are sold through the platform.
Pricing
i. The prices of the goods are those specified on TheCountrysideStore.co.uk.
ii. There is an additional charge for delivery if specified by the seller.
iii. Orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, the customer will be notified by email.
iv. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
v. If there is found to be a pricing error on The Countryside Store and it is obviously unmistakable and has been reasonably recognised as an error by yourself, the seller does not have to provide the product in question at the incorrect (lower) price.
Delivery
i. Sellers are responsible for dispatching the order to the customer. If the seller is using a delivery or fulfilment service, they are still ultimately responsible for making sure that the customer receives their order within the specified time frame.
ii. In the unlikely event that the order does not arrive, the Seller will need to provide valid proof of postage. Valid proof of postage will show that the item was posted and that it was sent to the address provided on the goods receipt from The Countryside Store.
Returns and Refund Policy
i. All communication for returns and refunds go directly through the seller.
ii. We request that all customers retain the original receipt (proof of purchase).
iii. The customer must notify the seller, within 14 days, if the goods delivered are not what they ordered or are of incorrect quantity or if they are damaged or faulty or have missing items
iv. The Countryside Store is not liable for any returns but may work as a mediator between the customer and the seller if an amicable agreement cannot be reached between the two parties.
v. Proof of communication between the seller and customer must be provided before a case can be set up. Refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
vi. In the event of The Countryside Store acting as a mediator, all requests must be sent by email to – sales@thecountrysidestore.co.uk. E-mails must state the issue with the product and proof of purchase. Where possible, The Countryside Store will work together with the customer and seller to resolve any product issues and come up with an appropriate resolution.
