WHELPING RECORD: Litter no, what stud, first stage, second stage, place to record 16 puppies, dew claws, tailed docked, summary of puppies, whelped, survived, dies, post mortem, notes and comments.
WHELPING COST SHEET X 2
DAILY LITTER RECORD: DOB, order of birth, time born, sex, distinguishing marks, microchip, eyes opening, worming, flea treatment, teeth, hernia and then daily weights.
NEW OWNER DETAILS: name and address, Contact no, email and microchip number.
