RETURNS POLICY CANCELLATION OF ORDER If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order this may be done, by email, from the time you place your order and up to 14 days from receipt of the goods. Unfortunately I am not able to offer cancellations on personalised items. Please return the goods in re-saleable condition and if possible in the original packaging. The customer is to pay postage for returning unwanted goods and should get Proof of Posting. The refund will include any initial outward postage costs that you were charged. The refund will be made to your account within 14 days of returning the goods or proof that they were returned. Deductions may be made if the goods have been damaged by excessive handling. FAULTY GOODS If the goods prove to be faulty please notify me by email within 24 hours of receipt. They may then be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, after this date a repair or replacement will be offered. Your refund will include outward postage charges and return postage costs. Please obtain a “Proof of Posting” from the Post Office. Your refund will be made to your account within 14 days of returning the goods or proof that they were returned.
