We hope you will love your purchases, however if you wish to return an item please contact us by telephone or email as soon as possible. Items must be returned to us within 14 days, in the same condition you received them. Please ensure they are carefully packaged as any items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will not be refunded. Return postage costs are your responsibility - please obtain proof of posting. We cannot refund items which are lost in transit unless you can provide us with a proof of postage. If you receive an item which is damaged please contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement. If this is not acceptable we will offer you a full refund. Please take a photo as proof of the damage and email this to us. In such cases we will refund the original cost, plus any reasonable postal charges you have incurred. Refunds will be made to you usually within 2 or 3 days and always within 14 days.
