Returns We gladly accept returns on all items except for custom or personalised items, the only exception to this is if there is a fault, error or mistake on our part. If the return is due to breakage during shipping we would rather replace the breakage at our expense, rather than have the item returned (proof of breakage must be supplied). For returns we must be contacted within: 7 days of delivery and all items must be sent back within: 30 days of delivery. For returns it is the buyers responsibility to pay for return postage unless the reason for return is due to something to do with us. In general we won't accept exchanges or cancellations.
