Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones is proud to be Britain’s only black farmer. He loves food, cooking, traditional farming and the UK, so he created a brand that embodies those passions. He fulfilled his childhood dream to own a small piece of the British countryside when he turned 40 and bought his farm in Devon. Inspired by this and his love and support of British farming, he launched The Black Farmer brand.
But he didn't stop there. He wanted to be sure that The Black Farmer brand not only celebrates British farming by using only British meat, but offers something for everyone - fresh fish, Caribbean produce, veg, pasties, cakes and a range of gluten free products as well as beer, cider and wine – and his newly launched and hugely popular Don Wilfred Rum!

Spicy Bean Crush With Tomato and Coriander 110g
If you’re not a meat eater or you simply want a change, this is the pate for you. This tasty combination of mixed beans, garlic, chilli and lime, makes for a moreish and healthy choice. A welcome guest on any table at any mealtime. Goes well with a chunk of crusty bread and glass of good full bodied red.

Salmon Pate with Horseradish and Dill 110g
A salmon pate with a difference. The heat from the horseradish and the herby notes of the dill, perfectly cut through the richness of the salmon and add another flavour dimension to this delicious pate. It is perfect with bread or alongside a salad, very versatile! It is luxurious and exclusive and you don’t want to miss out.

Chicken Rillette with Lemon Oil and Cracked Black Pepper 110g
This tasty chicken rillette uses free-range chicken. It is poached in duck fat and then some zesty lemon oil and cracked black pepper are added to give a real depth of flavour and interest.
All in all, a versatile pate which makes a perfect addition to any number of occasions. So if you are planning some alfresco lunches or dinners – grab a pot, some crusty bread and a bottle of chilled white wine and make the occasion extra special.
